Collection of general information

When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected. This information (server log files) includes, for example, the type of web browser used, the operating system used, the domain name of your internet service provider, and similar data. This information cannot be used to draw conclusions about your person. This information is technically necessary in order to correctly deliver the website content you have requested and inevitably arises when using the internet. We statistically evaluate anonymous information of this kind in order to optimise our website and the technology behind it.

Deletion or blocking of data

We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. We therefore only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes stated here or as provided for by the various storage periods prescribed by the legislator. After the respective purpose ceases to apply or these periods expire, the corresponding data are routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with legal requirements.

Your rights to information, correction, blocking, deletion and objection

You also have the right to rectification, blocking or, apart from mandatory data storage for business processing, deletion of your personal data. So that a block on data can be taken into account at any time, these data must be kept in a block file for control purposes. You may also request deletion of the data, provided there is no legal obligation to archive it. If such an obligation exists, we will block your data on request. You may notify us of changes or the revocation of consent with effect for the future.

Changes to our privacy policy

We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy from time to time so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy, e.g. when introducing new services. The new privacy policy will then apply on your next visit.
